Who we are

This website, tottechsolutions.com, is run by Tottempudi Software Solutions Private Limited, Flat No. 104, Sri Sai Mallikarjuna Residency, 7-58, Nagarajupalli Road, Martur, Bapatla District, Andhra Pradesh 523301, India. For anything about your information, write to [email protected].

What we collect through the enquiry form

Your name, email address, the subject you choose and your message; your phone number and organisation if you give them; and the time you sent it.

To protect the form from abuse we also keep a one-way, salted hash of your IP address — not the address itself — and the name your browser gives itself (its “user agent”). We remove both after 30 days.

Why, and on what basis

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to keep the form free of automated abuse. We process them because you agree to it when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw that agreement at any time by writing to us; we will then delete your enquiry.

Who else handles it

• Cloudflare hosts this website, stores enquiries in its database service, and runs Turnstile, the check that tells people from automated scripts. Turnstile looks at technical information from your browser to do that.
• Resend, an email delivery service, sends a copy of your enquiry to our team’s mailbox.

These providers may process information outside India. We do not sell your information or share it with anyone else for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are deleted automatically two years after we receive them. The copy in our mailbox is kept only as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. If you choose a colour theme, your browser remembers the choice on your device; it is not sent to us.

The map on the company page loads from OpenStreetMap only when you ask for it.

Your rights

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us for a summary of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, update or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate someone to exercise these rights for you. Write to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Job applications

If you email us your CV, we use it only to consider you for work with us, and we delete it when you ask us to.

Changes

If we change how this website handles information, we will update this notice and the date at the top.
