What is TraceIT?
TraceIT is our monitoring product: one console for infrastructure, applications, mobile crashes, user behaviour and alerting. It is built on a rule we hold everywhere in it: a screen never shows a number it did not measure. When something cannot be read, the page says so and says why, instead of showing a zero.
What can TraceIT watch?
Virtual machines, databases, websites and endpoints, integration platforms such as MuleSoft Anypoint, business applications such as Zoho, and log platforms — and your own web and mobile apps: how people use them, where they crash, and whether your notifications arrived.
Can I try TraceIT on one of my own systems?
Yes. Ask for a 24-hour trial and tell us the one system you want TraceIT to watch. Your trial workspace lasts 24 hours. At the end it is removed — unless we approve it to carry on.
What is TOTTECH ONE?
TOTTECH ONE is our School/College ERP & Educational Management Platform: admissions to certificates, timetables to payroll, fees to parent messages — one platform for a school, a college or a whole group of them.
What is TOTTECH Clinical Services?
TOTTECH Clinical Services is our Hospital ERP, IVF & Clinical Management Platform: registration to discharge, laboratory to pharmacy, first assessment to embryo transfer — every desk working on one patient record. It includes a complete IVF and fertility module.
What is Guest 360?
Guest 360 is our platform for cruise and hospitality operations — the guest’s experience from booking to post-voyage, and the crew and operations systems behind it. It has six services — Guest, Booking, Payments, Notifications, Analytics and Recommendations — with one integration layer between them. It is offline-first on mobile, with Arabic, Turkish, Russian and English in the same build.
Will Guest 360 work for my cruise line?
Guest 360 is built for cruise and hospitality operations, and it is offline-first on mobile, because connectivity at sea is not a given. Whether it fits your line depends on what you run today. Tell us about your guests, your crew systems and where your connectivity runs out.
Can I see the products before I buy?
Yes. On the Try it page you can click through TOTTECH ONE and TOTTECH Clinical Services — the products’ own screens, running with made-up demonstration data — and step through TraceIT’s screens.

Prices and buying
How much does TOTTECH ONE cost?
₹100 per student, per year. For a Basic or an Enterprise plan, write to [email protected] and our team will contact you.
How much does TOTTECH Clinical Services cost?
₹50 per patient, per year. For a Basic or an Enterprise plan, write to [email protected] and our team will contact you.
How much does TraceIT cost?
TraceIT’s price is on request. Ask us for a price, or ask for a 24-hour trial on one of your systems first.
How much does a website or a mobile app cost?
Websites are ₹100 per hour and mobile apps ₹120 per hour. Choose a design, change it until you like it, and send it to us. We agree the hours with you and send an invoice.
How do I pay?
We send an invoice once we have agreed the details with you. This website does not take payments. Prices are in Indian rupees.

Do you build software for other companies?
Yes. We build every layer of a platform, from one team: web and mobile applications, backend and microservices, middleware and integration, databases and CRM.

What does this website record about my visit?
Unless you turn it off, TraceIT, our own analytics, records the pages you open, the buttons and links you use, errors on the page, the website that sent you here and a general description of your browser and device — never what you type into a form. TraceIT sets no cookies. The privacy notice lists everything it records, and you can turn it off there.
