The Guest 360 platform
Guest 360
The platform behind the guest experience
Guest 360 covers the guest's experience end to end — booking, preferences, onboard, and after — together with the crew and operations systems that make it work. It is built as six services over one integration layer, so a change in one place does not require a change everywhere.
The services
- Guest — profiles, preferences and communication.
- Booking — availability, reservations and changes.
- Payments — multiple gateways, currencies and methods.
- Notifications — push, email and in-app, with delivery confirmed.
- Analytics — what is happening, for the people who have to act on it.
- Recommendations — personalised suggestions from the guest's own history.
What it connects to
Payment gateways · SAP and NetSuite for accounting · activity and excursion providers for live inventory · travel insurance for policies and claims · Salesforce and Zoho for guest data. Through MuleSoft, Boomi, Apache Camel or a custom adapter, whichever the system on the other side actually supports.
Built for the region
Arabic, Turkish, Russian and English, with layout and content adapted rather than translated. Right-to-left throughout. WCAG 2.1 accessibility. Offline-first on mobile, because connectivity at sea is not a given.
Operated, not just delivered
Every Guest 360 deployment is monitored with TraceIT — infrastructure, integrations, mobile crashes and guest-facing performance in one console, with alerting that confirms what arrived.
